Free Shipping on all orders over $200

Pollen is only shipped on Monday's to ensure a quick delivery. 

To ensure the quickest possible delivery, your order will be shipped discreetly from our location in Havelock Ontario Canada using Canada Post.

We charge a flat shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of seeds you buy.

For a complete peace of mind, we offer Guaranteed Delivery Insurance Included.

We deliver our seeds WORLDWIDE, however we strongly advise you check regulations regarding seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Canada & USA - orders should arrive within 5 - 14 working days. 

Europe - please allow 3 - 14 working days for delivery. 

Australia & New Zealand - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. 

Costa Rica - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. 

Africa - please allow 7 - 21 working days for delivery. 

Rest of The World - please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. 

Order Tracking

All orders are fully trackable, with the exception of packages going to Israel or South Africa.  Signature on delivery is not required.

After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. 

If you are ordering from USA you can use the tracking number to track your parcel at www.usps.com after it enters USA.

Stealth Packaging

All of our seeds are sent with an epic level of stealth if you are outside of Canada. If you have a hard time finding the seeds in the package, please send us a message for a hint.

Within Canada all products are wrapped up in bubble wrap or other protective material and packed in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition.

Envelopes have only your address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the contents are or put our company name on the envelope.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number, as they might be holding your package. Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. 

Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost!
